ACCOMMODATION & TRANSFERS
So we have booked everyone's accommodation in MolenVliet Vineyards and Lanzerac. Guests will be notified as to which hotel they will be staying. Don't worry these venues are 5 minutes apart and we have arranged transfers everyday between the venues.
Once you have checked in you will be escorted to your rooms and then the fun can begin!
Our dedicated concierge from team Kraak will be liaising with guests regarding their transfers if you are coming from Cape Town international. Please look out for his messages, if you have confirmed that you need a transfer from the airport.
There is also parking available at both Lanzerac and Molenvliet if you are coming from Cape Town.

Day 1: The Welcome Braai

14h00 and 15h00 : Guests to arrive.

Guest registration will take place at reception. ​

18h30 : Welcome Braai / Feast will commence , don't worry there is an open bar, all weekend !

You can go to bed whatever time you like lol. Just remember to wake up for the ceremony tomorrow ;)

Dress Code for the Braai : Eastern /traditional or smart casual .

Day 2 : The Wedding Ceremony

07h00 to 10h30 : Breakfast will be at leisure

The mid-morning and afternoon is at leisure. You can chill by pool or explore the vineyard , plus there is also really cool hiking trails around us. Or you can get in one more sleep before the party haha.

If your hungry lunch will be available at the pool area.

17h30 : The ceremony will begin at 18h00 , please make your way to the central garden. Guests to be seated by 16h45.

19h00 : Formal ceremony adjourned

19h00-20:30: Pre-drinks , light snacks and entertainment

20:30: Wedding Reception at the Great Hall.

Day 3: The morning - after :)

07h00- 10h30: Rise and shine sunshine! Breakfast is served at your hotel.

12h00 : Check out time .

Bon voyage friends and family , let us know if you need a transfer back to the airport or to the mother city . ​

Payments: Accommodation , food , entertainment , drinks and transfers are all covered by us . But if you break it you buy it.
Gifting : We are accepting gifts or cash!

Transport in the vineyard during the events : Yes ,there will be a golf cart shuttle available.
Open Bar: Yes, there will be an open bar , free of charge! unless you order something not on the menu or you raid the mini bar. Then drinks are on you !

No Kids : Sorry guys it's an adults only party , unless there is a special request. Baby- sitters are at the couples own expense.

Photography: There is going to be a professional photographer and videographer at the wedding . But if you fancy yourself as one too , phones are welcome.
